• This tramcar is one of over 3000 supplied to nearly 50 municipal and company tramway operators in the UK, by Dick Kerr, later the United Electric Car Company of Preston.
• The basic design appeared in 1900 and with variations in the stair position and type of truck being produced up to 1920.
